Strategic Community Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16378867, registered office at 2 Stonehall Avenue, Ilford, Essex, IG1 3SH. We are the data controller of personal data we process, except where we act as a processor on your behalf (see Section 4).

Account data (login credentials for accessing Reports or portals).
Transaction data (payment details processed via Stripe or other providers).
Report form data (information submitted in our data collection form to generate Reports).
Professional Services data (information provided in connection with consultancy, AI Strategy Subscriptions, or project work).

3. How We Use Personal Data
To provide Reports and Professional Services under contract.

4. Our Role as Controller and Processor
For most processing (e.g. Reports, Professional Services, marketing, billing) we act as an independent controller.
Where we process personal data solely on your behalf (e.g. customer datasets you provide for analysis), we act as a processor. In such cases, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will apply.
5. Legal Bases
Contract – where processing is necessary to deliver Reports or Professional Services.
Legitimate Interests – for B2B marketing, website administration, and service improvement.
Consent – where you sign up for optional communications or cookies.
Legal Obligations – where processing is necessary to comply with law.
6. Sharing Data
Payment processors (e.g. Stripe).
Data collection and management platforms (e.g. Fillout, Airtable).
Hosting and IT service providers.
Professional advisers (e.g. auditors, insurers, lawyers).
All third parties are bound by contractual obligations to protect personal data.
7. International Transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we will ensure adequate safeguards (such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses) are in place.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above, or as required by law. Typically, business contact data is retained for the duration of our commercial relationship and up to 6 years thereafter for legal/accounting purposes.

13. Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We aim to respond within one month, in accordance with UK GDPR.
